“Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony.” — Mohandas K. Gandhi
If we really think about that, it’s a caution to be with integrity with our selves. For happiness comes from living truthfully with integrity. To be very careful about the little lies we tell ourselves. Like when you know inside something feels wrong yet you do it anyway. Or think of something to say then doubt it and withhold it and withdraw from the chance it might help somebody. Flowing smoothly between thoughts, words and deeds means being consistent with what is true to you.
